My story

Hugo is a very large, handsome kitty who was found outside with a leg injury. He has gorgeous markings which also give him a very unique facial expression. Now that his leg is all healed up Hugo is looking for his forever home. Hugo is a very friendly guy who enjoys being petted and has a laid back personality. He does not mind being held but he is quite the armful..

Hugo loves mealtime and is usually the first in line for his food dish. He also enjoys playing with toys and chasing the laser light. He gets along with the other cats but some cats can be intimidated by his size. He would do best as a single cat or 1 other laid back kitty.

Hugo is about 3 1/2 years old( as of 11- 28 - 21), neutered, up to date on vaccinations, negative for FeLV but he is positive for FIV. Don't let that scare you though, he can still live a full, happy long life.

We require personal references including a vet and /or landlord (if applicable). If you have not adopted through us previously, we may require a home visit prior to adoption. All adopted cats must be kept indoors and up to date with vet care, including yearly wellness exams.

Your adoption donation allows us to provide the following vet care for each of our fosters.

Any medical issue that arises in our care is addressed prior to adoption. Upon adoption, you receive a copy of medical records which will cover all care provided by our vets.

Go meet their pets

For approved applications, if an adoption day event is not available, we are making other arrangements for meeting our foster cats.

More about this rescue

We are a small network of foster homes, devoted to the cats and kittens we rescue. We provide a loving, safe environment for all our rescued cats so that they stay healthy, become well socialized and find their way to a loving home.

We provide all initial vet care: wellness checkups, vaccinations, Feline Leukemia/FIV testing, spay/neuter, worming medications, flea treatments and/or any other services needed while in our foster care program.
