Moe is a 24-year-old severe macaw who only had one previous home before being surrendered to FFSR. Moe's previous owner cared about him very much, but had to move to an apartment where she could not bring Moe. He doesn't seem to understand stepping up, but once out of his cage, Moe is a very sweet parrot. Please call FFSR during phone hours (11a-4p CST) to make an appointment to meet Moe!
