Meet FREYA! This princess is a 6-year-old (approximately), female, 8 lb, white & orange DSH.
Freya is so beautiful with her unique markings. It is uncommon for female kitties to be orange. That makes Freya extra special! She can be shy when you first meet her and does take a little time to warm up, but she is a sweet girl. Freya is not high-energy or a crazy player. She is laid back and likes to chill, so if you are looking to binge-watch Yellowstone or Riverdale, she's IN. Freya enjoys being brushed. Also, while she isn't going to go out of her way to offer cold beverages, she does love when company comes over.
Freya has hyperthyroidism and does take medication twice a day. It is super easy, though, because it is a cream that is rubbed into the tip of her ear (alternating ears morning & night), so no annoying oral meds here!
Freya is just a doll and would love to be Home for the Holidays! Put in your application today to bring home your new Forever Family Member.
NOTE: We do NOT adopt out of state. Our range is no further than 25 miles North / Northwest from Chicago and 25 miles South from Chicago. Exceptions ONLY in certain cases where a sweetie has issues (medical / behavioral / special needs) and we have had him / her for a longer time. We will then travel to the Moon for a Forever Family!
