More about this shelter

Long Beach Animal Care Services (LBACS) is committed to maintaining the integrity of their Compassion Saves model. Please email PetAdopt@longbeach.gov to make an appointment to adopt a pet.

LBACS is also asking community members, many of whom may be in their homes for several months, to foster pets from the shelter if they can provide responsible care to animals for 6-8 weeks or longer. Foster care will also be conducted by appointment.
