Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oscar's adoption fee is sponsored by a generous supporter. Oscar's adopter pays -0- adoption fee.
Oscar is a sweet but shy 5 year old boy.
He will need an adopter who is willing to show patience with him and that is willing to take the time to earn his trust.
He is low maintenance and will do best in a quiet household with no small children.
He gets along with the other cats and kittens in his foster home. At his foster home, he has a cat friend named Miss Kitty. He also gets along with dogs.
Oscar is Heartworm positive. Heartworm is frequently seen in dogs from the South, but not as much in cats. Cats are not a good host for heartworm. There is no treatment for heartworm in cats.
Oscar has been evaluated by our vet and is not showing any symptoms of heartworm. Information will be provided to her adopter.
Oscar's foster home is located in Hampstead (Carroll County).
