My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meatball (10 yrs) enjoys sun bathing, sitting on laps for pets, and running in grassy fields. He is shy and takes time to warm up to people, but once he does all he wants is to sit on your lap for pets and scratches. He loves playing tug or chasing a ball around the yard. He is potty-trained, not destructive, and knows basic tricks.

Meatball is sensitive and can be reactive to some noises, larger dogs, and strangers. He is particularly sensitive when someone he doesn't know is handling him like taking his harness off. He has nipped people who have tried to handle him in the comfort of his home. He has some food guarding tendencies, but not with me.

Meatball's left rear knee has luxating patella which is currently being managed with supplements. He can be a little grumpy because of the pain. No other known medical issues.

I'm starting a new job that requires me to go in office and I don't have time to care for him every day.
