Pepper's story is the same as his siblings Frankie and Scout. He came to CHCR after being born outside at approximately 4-5 weeks old. Pepper is the sweetest of the bunch, he seems to enjoy indoor life and human company! He is super cute, sweet and of course, a typical kitten, who loves to play and rumble with his brothers.
