My story

Meet Blue!

Blue is a 6 1/2-7 years young, Blue Nosed, American Staffordshire Terrier. The last few years of his life, he spent stuck in a kennel in the backyard of someone’s home in Los Angeles. He even had to sleep out in a kennel, which had an old igloo for Blue. It breaks our hearts to think he was out in the cold when he’s so amazingly well behaved inside. He doesn’t chew or anything when left alone. The current foster can leave the backyard door open and he has run of the house and the yard. He's just an all-around great dog. Blue is such an incredibly, sweet soul with so much personality. Some of his favorite things include playing, belly rubs, giving you his paw, snuggling & sleeping! Blue is great on a leash and really does love going on long walks. Anyone going for a car ride? Well, Blue will gladly tag along as your co-pilot. He loves everyone he meets. Smart, obedient, and affectionate. Blue loves being on the couch and, sleep near his loved ones. He's neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and, ready for his loving forever family. Best as the only dog and with older children since we have not seen him with really young kids.

If you are interested in meeting, our newest favorite, couch potato, Blue, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. He can also be found on all our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.

If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short and/or long term doggie foster families. We greatly appreciate the help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if needed), etc. If you are interested please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.
