My story

Meet Jamison a 2-3 year old Miniature Pinscher mix. Jamison is the loyal companion you've been waiting for! He is a love bug who loves to cuddle with his person and can’t resist a nice soft blanket. Aside from his humans, Jamison loves to play and bond with dogs of similar stature to his own or smaller and gets along well with children. As happy as he is to curl up with you during a Netflix binge, he also loves being active and is always ready for a walk, just say the word! He is a bit shy when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly. He is also house and crate trained. He knows basic commands: Sit/Stay and will show off some hidden talents for a treat or two. He is up to date on his vaccines, neutered and microchipped. If you are interested in adding a fun-loving member to your family, contact us today at adopt@carolinapaws.com.

Why adoption is a great option

Jamison, a Waxhaw Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Waxhaw, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Waxhaw.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waxhaw already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waxhaw breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waxhaw paves the way for another one to be saved.
