Like a challenge? Upsie is an extremely frightened 2yo. Takes time to warm up. Does not lead or want to be picked up but will give kisses from your lap. Great with other dogs. Upsie needs someone to take him into their home and work one on one with him and let him learn to trust. He needs someone who will not expect fast results, but be thrilled with the tiny steps he will make. Upsie has been with one of our experienced fosters for a few weeks after spending too much time in boarding. He is quite the comedian. He likes to roll into your lap to get pets. He also likes to hear how good of a boy he is!
