Felicity Summary:
Felicity is good with other dogs, cats, and kids. She has good house manners and is potty trained. She is on the calmer side but will be happy doing just about anything with her family. She does need to be fed a bit differently, but other than that she is a happy and cuddly girl! <3

When you look at Felicity, you can just tell that she is a beautiful soul. Both inside and on the outside. Felicity is good with other dogs, cats, loves kids, is potty trained, non-destructive in the house, on the calmer side, and loves to cuddle.

Felicity has never met a strange, does great on a leash, and is eager to please. She spends her days snoozing on the couch, playing with the other dogs, and cuddling with her foster family. She is such a well-behaved dog and has one of the most gentle temperaments around. You truly cannot find a more loving and gentle souled dog than Felicity.

This girl has been with us since October. You see, she has trouble eating if not fed a proper way and makes a gurgly noise when she drinks. The foster has figured out a way that works during feeding time and she does wonderfully. I am sure this is the reason why not a single soul has applied for her or even inquired about adopting her. However, it really is not that hard. There are a couple of different options for feeding her. First, you take some dry food and grind it up in a blender, then add a can of wet food to it. You can either add a little bit of water to that and form small bite-sized meatballs and feed them to her one at a time or you can leave the food in a crumbly state and put some in an elevated slow feeder so that she has to take small bites and lick to get her food out. It will upset my stomach if you feed her too much at once so my fosters feed me about 4 times a day.

This may sound like a lot of work to some, but this girl is so incredibly special and soon it will become a habit and won't even be "extra". Felicity is so loving and does great in any enviroment. She would love to go places or just chill at home. She would love to be with other dogs or be the spoiled only child. She would love to go for hikes or a walk around the block. She would love to go on road trips, or on magical adventures in the yard with her kiddo.

Felicity has had X Rays done (everything looks great), been tested for Mega Esophagus ( She 100% does not have this, two different vets have confirmed this), she has been tested for Myasthenia Gravis autoimmune disease (and was NEGATIVE for this), has had extensive Bloodwork Done Twice (at different times and everything looks perfect), been tested for Tick-Borne Diseases (NEGATIVE for all of them), she does not have any malformations or scarring in her esophagus (She had an Endoscopy done), she even had a stomach cytology done to see if something is wrong there...can you guess what the diagnosis was? Yep, everything looked normal. She was put on meds for Myositis just in case(bloodwork for it looked normal but it was worth a shot), but those meds did not do anything for her either....so that was also a no go. She was also heartworm positive when she first came in and has since undergone treatment for that as well. She is quite the medical mystery and since she has been to 3 DIFFERENT vets that are out of ideas we decided to just adopt her out as is. Her only issue is when eating and drinking, and we figured out the eating part and the drinking sounds weirder than anything but doesn't seem to affect her.

If you want a dog that will be up for doing anything, is good with everyone and everything, and is on the calmer side....Felicity is the girl for you!

Her adoption fee is 225, which includes her DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordatella shots. She will be micro-chipped, heart-worm tested, have a fecal done, be de-wormed, be spayed/neutered, and will be current on heart-worm and flea/tick prevention.

*It also includes her heartworm treatment and all the other testing listed above.*
