About Cato
Male | Approx 1 yr | 27 lbs | Ridgeback mix

Cato is a very affectionate and lovable boy. Loves to cuddle up with you. He loves people, so we expect he would be ok with children, but because he’s a high energy pup, we suggest older children that are comfortable with dogs.

Initially can be nervous meeting new dogs, but has been good with the foster's dogs. Would do well with another playmate a similar size. Can also be the only dog as he loves human attention.

Loves his squeaky toys as well as stuffies! He does well, but occasionally needs to be redirected from things not meant to be chewed.

Cato is still very much a puppy that needs adopters that will concentrate on his training and possibly take him to obedience classes.

Housetraining took some time, but we can say now, thanks to the foster's commitment, he has been accident free!

An active person or family would be best for this guy!
