Why I need a new home

My story

I got William from a freind and at the time I was.in my own place. I have sinced moved and live with a friend and he is not allowed out of my room to roam around. I work alot and don't have time to keep an eye on him so he doesn't claw up her furniture. He is still an 8 month old kitten and I know he wants to play. Her cat is older and doesn't want nothing to do with him. He has been trying to get out because I know he is bored and wants to play. He is an affectionate kitten and very vocal. William would beat best in a home with another kitten/ cat around his same age so he can be a kitten!! It pains my heart to do it but I just can't chase after him constantly everyday. Please don't think of me as a bad pet person. I just feel this is the best option for him.
