My story

I got William from a freind and at the time I was.in my own place. I have sinced moved and live with a friend and he is not allowed out of my room to roam around. I work alot and don't have time to keep an eye on him so he doesn't claw up her furniture. He is still an 8 month old kitten and I know he wants to play. Her cat is older and doesn't want nothing to do with him. He has been trying to get out because I know he is bored and wants to play. He is an affectionate kitten and very vocal. William would beat best in a home with another kitten/ cat around his same age so he can be a kitten!! It pains my heart to do it but I just can't chase after him constantly everyday. Please don't think of me as a bad pet person. I just feel this is the best option for him.

Why adoption is a great option

William Whitepaws, a Melbourne Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Melbourne, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Melbourne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Melbourne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Melbourne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Melbourne paves the way for another one to be saved.
