My story

**Think this dog might be for you? The first step is to complete an application: http://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html

We do not arrange transport for our dogs. If your application is approved, you will be required to come to us to pick up your dog.**

Archie is a Min Pin mix. He weighs about 12 pounds and is about 2 years old. He would love a fenced yard to play in. He should be considered a flight risk, so your house and/or yard need to be secured against that. He has not been kid or cat tested but does fine with other dogs.

He is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and on preventative. He is also microchipped. He is located in St. Louis and his adoption fee is $250.

Why adoption is a great option

Archie, a Hazelwood Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Hazelwood, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Hazelwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hazelwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hazelwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hazelwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
