Cecelia is a gorgeous, medium haired black beauty adult girl born around June of 2020.
She came into the rescue all by herself.

Cecelia is currently hanging out in one of our foster homes and will be available to go to her forever home after she recovers from her spay surgery which is currently scheduled for 1/21/22.
