My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Quade was a little shy at first but is now very affectionate. He does not like to be picked up and held but will come snuggle with you in bed or on the couch. He’s extremely playful and loves to race around the house with his brother and sisters and the two other kittens in his foster home. He’s already the largest of his siblings and will likely grow into a big beautiful boy with a very long tail.
He is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on his vaccines and will come with a voucher for his neuter at 6 months, done in Woodstock at our vet. To facilitate the neuter surgery, applications from locations within half an hour distance from Woodstock will be considered.

An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet. An application does not guarantee an adoption. We match the kitty with the best family.
You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200.
It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along.
We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations.
