Hi, I'm Hazey, or Hazey Daisy, or Daze, as my fosters like to call me. My ideal home is quiet with a window to sit and watch the world in with a quiet family. I don't mind dogs; my current family has 2 but my favorite one is the quiet one. It takes me a bit to warm up, but once you get to know me I'm a really quirky girl! I get the zoomies and like to play when I'm in the mood. My fosters say I am the funniest cat they know, I love to make them laugh. Cats aren't my jam, but boy do I love my humans. I enjoy being near you and loving you from a far until I'm ready to give you all my love. Are you ready for a beautiful lady like me to join your family?.

Adopters are required to fill out an application before adoption, and we process the application by the end of the following business day. All adopters must be 18 years of age or older. Once approved the fees for adoption are $109 for cats and $169 for dogs. Adopters must complete an adoption contract at the time of adoption.

Our shelter is in north Fargo, near the Yunker's Children's Museum, located just off of University Dr. on 28th Ave. N. We are open Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm, Saturday from 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm. More about this rescue

We are a small shelter that rescues pets from local impounds whose time is up, and would otherwise be euthanized. Because we only have 9 dog kennels and 17 cat kennels, we are very limited on space and often, we can't take in owner surrenders, but will do our best to help people in rehoming their pets. We offer several services besides adoption, including microchip clinics, pet-friendly rental housing listings, and Safe Paws (foster care for the pets of domestic violence). We are the only shelter in the FM area that rescues both cats and dogs, so without our help, hundreds of dogs and cats would be euthanized each year in local pounds.
