My name is Melody!

Melody was born about June 12, 2021 and seems to be a rather petite kitty.  She is a gorgeous black and white and has the very pretty eyes!  Melody is with us because she was desperately trying, and succeeded, in entering someone's home.  It seems they have a non-working farm and wondered if Melody might have been an unwanted Christmas present and a not so nice person dumped her off near the barn.  Well, no barn for Melody - she sought out the humans right away!  The elderly couple called and told us just what a pest she was as she couldn't seem to get enough attention and was always underfoot.  Perfect - those are just the kind of cats that cat humans seek!  So, welcome to Joyful Rescues Melody!  She is fine with the other cats and dogs alike.  She did well on her car ride here and she used the make shift litter box they created for her for the couple of days they had her.  She is a 'dog' cat and will follow you everywhere and you'll need to be careful she doesn't follow you out the door.  If this behavior is what you are looking for in a new kitty - here she is!

A cat can live 12-18+ years if cared for properly. Be sure you are able to care for it for its lifetime.

All kittens/cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, treated for fleas and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
