Meow, and hello out there! My name is Mercury (1 yr old as of 4/15/22) and I was rescued from a feral colony in St Louis as part of a TNR project. Thanks to my humble beginnings, I am sporting a stylin' eartip. I have come a long way with my confidence since I came to my current foster home at the end of November.  I will choose a quiet place to nap during the day, but I'll always come running when it's time for wet food!  After dinner, I will stick around and hang out with my foster mom and the other kittens and cats here.  I enjoy human attention and will happily purr for pets, but only when it's my idea.  I can still be skittish when a human walks in my direction, if I am on the floor.  I love playing with the other cats in my foster home and will need to be adopted into a home with another playful young cat who can help me grow.
