My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

THIS SWEET GIRL WAS TURNED IN AFTER CHRISTMAS, FAMILY THOUGHT SHE WOULD BE A GOOD CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR THEIR MOM, BUT MOM DIDNT WANT A PUPPY.

Ginger has been waiting for her forever person. She is doing so well in her foster home! She gets along well with the big dog as well as the little dog. She's indifferent to cats. This is the MOST LOVING girl you will ever meet. All she wants to to be with her person, preferably in a lap, all the time. Ginger is doing very well with house training and sleeps through the night. I know she would love to share her person's bed but sleeps quietly in her crate next to foster mom's bed.

Ginger does take a little while to be comfortable with new people. Not mean at all but will avoid until she trusts you. (Took about 1 day in her foster home.) Because of this, we do think a home with a secure fence will be best for Ginger.
