My story

Antonio was part of a large colony that my rescue, Harley's Angels, came in to trap and get fixed. He had a large wound behind his ear, so I did not release him. Took him to the vet and he has bilateral ear infections, which caused the wound from excessive scratching. While in my care, I find he is such a loving, cuddly guy that only wants to be next to his human 24/7. He is not fond of other cats, not sure of dogs, but I would have to say no. He is FIV+, which means his immune system is compromised. He is a big healthy boy, weighing 13#. FIV can only be transmitted to other cats through fighting and deep puncture wounds and since he is neutered, he doesn't have the urge to fight. He is a great eater uses the litter box like a champ. He just wants to cuddle and is very vocal if you talk to him. Won't you make an appointment to come meet this big love bug, I guarantee it will be love at first sight.

More about this rescue

We are a grass roots rescue, formed in 2014 and named after my cat Harley, who I lost to oral cancer in 2014. We started out doing TNR in badly overpopulated cat areas. We now have our own building, are a 501 (c) (3) and currently house 45 cats and kittens. Since 2014 we have helped over 600 cats on donations only.
