In addition to being the perfect loaf, Malibu has quite the lovely personality. She's a sweet girl who often seeks out attention and enjoys spending quality time with humans. She enjoys being brushed which is important because she has a tendency to shed a lot...it's a calico thing. She enjoys curling up in a good box especially if it contains a blanket, that's her absolute favorite. And if you're ever working on your computer, look out because Malibu wants to lay on your keyboard or on your arm while you're trying your hardest to get work done. Don't bother to take your hand away because it's hers now and she expects you to live with that.
She must be adopted to a home who has an age appropriate already or she must be adopted with another cat. She is not eligible to be an only cat. Malibu does have a bit of an attitude and will sometimes bite when she's not getting what she wants. She's a bit of a diva like that. Because of this she would not do well in a home with young kids or babies and should not go to a home with them or where they may eventually be. She would most likely be fine with teenaged kids who are respectful of her space.

Our mission is to humanely reduce and control the cat population in Johnson County by providing affordable spay/neuter for colony caretakers and educating the community on TNR and responsible pet ownership.
