My story

Pretty Lil Peaches is a smaller female Orange Tabby that is a rare female as an orange cat and she is one of 7 kittens dumped in rural Mississippi.  By the time the kittens were found, rescued, and arrangements made to have them all spayed/neutered, Pretty Lil Peaches was pregnant. At 7 months old, she gave birth to a litter of 5 beautiful kittens who have all survived their raising months and on their way to new homes. Peaches is just the most fun kitty that is curious about everything. She loves to be petted and scratched, and she will sit in your lap all day long, but PLEASE….she doesn't want to be picked up. It is a strange quirk but one that we honor and respect.  She has always been around other cats and has been introduced to dogs and none of them trouble her. She plays with her sister and enjoys a basement full of toys and interesting things to climb on.  She sits in the window like a striking beauty to watch the birds every day. Out of all the toys she has to play with, her favorite one is an old shoestring. You know the saying….the cheap toys are the BEST TOYS!  She has played with that thing for weeks now and takes it to bed with her at night. Pretty Lil Peaches is fully vaccinated, spayed, and FeLV negative and microchipped and loving.  BUT DON”T PICK HER UP….. that is the only request from a beautiful and rare orange tabby girl.   Please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.  She is ready now to come be your forever and wonderful cat. .

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Companion Rescue give them a chance to have a life?
