Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet senior girl was left on our doorstep in the middle of the night. She was crying, stuck in a carrier that was way too small for her and abandoned by her previous owners.
At first, we couldn't understand why anyone would get rid of their pet in such a cruel manner, but once we took her out, we quickly realized that it was probably due to her ear, which was torn and bleeding. Our vet told us that she most likely had an untreated ear infection which got infected and caused this sweet girl a great deal of pain. She’s now undergoing treatment and, for the first time in a long time, she feels comfortable in her skin.
Marbles was also declawed at some point in her life - another cruel treatment inflicted upon her.
Marbles is so ready for her ‘happily ever after’! With her loving disposition, Marbles is great for calming anxiety. She would do really well as a single pet, where she can be loved and adored by her pet parent.
