Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet senior gal looking for her retirement home!
Merry is approx 11 years old and weighs 41lbs. We did a DNA test on her which revealed 11 different breeds, her top 3 were Pit Bull terrier, Dachshund & Rottie.
She’s an easy girl who doesn’t ask for much, give her a comfy dog bed with blankies to roll around in and some treats and she’s happy.
Merry is completely housebroken and let’s you know when she needs to go out, she’s non destructive, she knows sit, paw and lay down and is easily walked on a leash.
She’s spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations. She’s had an extremely thorough workup with our vet which included bloodwork twice, urinalysis, fecal, x-rays and ultrasound. She’s overall healthy and taking no prescription medications. She is on a high quality joint supplement for her arthritis. She also has a very mild heart murmur which requires nothing but monitoring.
Merry is dog friendly. She’s a bit too enthusiastic about cats so she’ll require a feline free home. While she would certainly do well with children of all ages we would like her home to be more laid back so kids living in the home must not be under the age of 10.
If you’d like to make your home Merry’s retirement home send an inquiry.
Merry is being fostered in Wesley Chapel, FL. Our travel time must not exceed 1 hour for home checks and adoptions.
