PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we only do adoptions in the Phoenix, AZ valley and surrounding cities – within a 60 mile radius.

If we didn't know Honeybun's birthday, we would swear she is closer to 5 years old. Sadly, her previous owner is no longer able to care for her. But for the 8 years she had her, Honeybun was exceptionally well taken care of - complete with annual vet visits and routine dental care.

Honeybun is about as perfect as they come. This adorable 9 lb. girl has a sweet and stable temperament, and enjoys being with her family. Honeybun has a calmer demeanor, but she also loves to run around and play. She gets along with dogs of all sizes; and while she was an only dog in her previous home, we feel she would also enjoy the company of another friendly little. Honey's favorite pastimes are exploring the backyard, playing with toys, and cuddling in your lap.

Honeybun is crate trained and mostly house/potty trained. Her previous owner used potty pads inside the house, but we have been teaching Honeybun to go potty outside. She has done well most of the time, but Honey has had three accidents since she's been in foster the last few weeks. We will admit most of the accidents were our fault as we did not allow Honey enough time to complete her business before being brought back inside.

THIS DOG WILL REQUIRE PERIODIC BRUSHING AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL GROOMING EVERY 6-8 WEEKS.
