Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lana showed up at a Veterinary Hospital with a short rope tied around her neck, leading them to believe she escaped from being tied up in a backyard. Nobody claimed her, after several attempts to find her owners, so the Hospital surrendered her to us.
Lana is about 2-3 years old and simply the sweetest, calmest dog you will ever see! She is a wee bit shy at first but warms up quickly, and once she does, all she wants to do is be in your lap and snuggle! She seems to prefer the company of humans only so a home without other dogs would be great! She will be the perfect family dog and we cannot wait to see her in her very own home!
Every Vet hospital is fully booked and understaffed in our area at this time. We are waiting to get an appointment to have Lana spayed as soon as possible. If approved, you may come and meet her but she can only go home after her spay surgery.
All current AND previous pets (cats and dogs) MUST be up to date on vaccines and be spayed/neutered.
Please check with your landlord, if you rent, for breed and weight restrictions before applying.
We do not allow visitors unless you are an approved adopter.
