My story

Super sweet Katy has been with us for such a long time! This girl needs her forever family. Katy is great with dogs, cats, and all people. If you're looking for just a sweet, calm cat, Katy is your girl. She is beyond the playful kitten age, and loves to cuddle. Especially with the resident dog! Katy is about 2-1/2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm.

Adoption fee for Katy has been reduced to $50, regularly $150

If interested in this sweet girl, please fill out the adoption application on our website, www.southmittenskittens.com. Questions? Please email southmittenskittens@gmail.com.

Additional adoption info

We have a three page adoption application, which includes permission to do vet checks, question landlords, etc. We have a contract that must be filled out and signed by both adopter and rescue representative, stating that adopters will not declaw the cat or kitten, and will not allow them to be free roaming outdoors. Our adoption fee, at the time of this registration, is $150, which includes full vetting.

Go meet their pets

Our cats are all in foster homes that allow potential adopters to meet their foster kitties. We, also, have adoption events every other weekend.

More about this rescue

We are a small cat rescue. We save as many as we can. It is our life's passion to do what we do. You have to be strong and you have to be able to say no at times. You have to be smart about how many you take in, to make sure that the ones that you have get the best of care.
