Charlie!

Charlie is a 6 and a half year old Russian Spaniel.  He is  spirited, playful, intelligent, protective and athletic.  He's an energetic, free-spirited, devoted companion with an easy going nature;  a cheerful, active dog who is always ready to play or go for a walk.  Charlie responds to attention from his guardian with a wagging tail, and he leans in for a good back scratch.  He is highly trainable, and needs a firm, but calm, fair, consistent and confident leader.  Sometimes he's a bit over exuberant.  He is food protective.  Charlie tolerates other dogs, but would prefer to be the only pet.  He is house trained.
