My story

KING came to us from a Navajo Indian reservation with several other dogs. He was living outside. He is around a year and a half old. King is a very happy boy of 65 lbs and will need an active family. He does great with people but needs to be your only pet. May be too energetic for smaller kids but just wants to give everyone a hug when he meets you. We believe he is house-trained due to his behavior at the kennel. He does have a bad case of happy tail right now and he may need his tail docked but the rescue will also take care of that surgery if needed.

We have an application process, a yard check, a meet and greet with any existing animals, and a contract. Our adoption fees are anywhere from $150 - $300 depending on the age of the animal and the amount of medical treatment we provided for the animal prior to going up for adoption. We also have a Senior for Seniors program where we offer a significant discount to any senior citizen wishing to adopt a dog or cat over the age of 7.

We serve Las Vegas, Nevada and Henderson, Nevada. We may adopt to a neighboring state, however we do not transport our animals. The adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the animal prior to adoption.

We have adoption events every Sunday at the Petco located at 8495 W. Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113. We are there from 12 - 3. If there is an animal you are interested in meeting, please email us so we can ensure they will be present at the event. We have close to 60 animals at all times, and not all are able to attend our event.
