Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lacey is a very young 13. Lacey was my Mother’s dog. In 2009, My Mom was passing by and saw the “doggie in the window” of a pet store and purchased her. Lacey was a very active and friendly puppy. At the time, my mother had just finished her final treatment of radiation and welcomed this spirited dog into her life. My mother would be diagnosed 2 more times with cancer before she passed away in Nov 2019. My sisters and I had moved in the house with my Mom & Lacey but were forced to stay together for a year due to the pandemic. After we found our own places, my older sister was supposed to take Lacey but she got ill and couldn’t. Rather than see Lacey go to the pound, I took her with me to WA to see if it would work out. But I am allergic and my schedule doesn’t allow me to give Lacey the attention she needs.
Lacey is very friendly and passive. She is not much of a barker, only if someone comes around she doesn’t know or to communicate her needs. She is very playful and loves to run.
