My story

Zoey is an elegant FOUR paw declawed gal on the prowl for a home! She is 8 years old and is an independent lady. That is likely because she is a torbie, which is a mix of tabby and tortoise shell. Tortoise shell gals tend to prefer things on their terms. She went to a home for a short time; we learned from that home that she is not fond of men and that brooms & (walking) canes send her into protection (fight) mode. She would be best in a home with a single female. Her adoption fee is $125 and she is fostered in Roachdale. Text 317-946-1316 for more info or to meet her.

Our primary media to find our adoptable animals is our Facebook page. It lists a short bio and usually a phone number to contact the foster home directly. We also do public adoption events on a regular basis at our PetSmart home-base in Plainfield, IN. We, occasionally, attend public family events and take animals there when permitted.

More about this rescue

Founded in January 2016, Creekside Animal Rescue provides shelter & care for homeless animals until they are adopted into permanent homes. This is done through a network of loving, committed foster homes spread out in multiple counties. The animals receive a personal commitment from Creekside Animal Rescue when accepted into the rescue family, that they will all ways have a place to call home and never spend the remainder of their days in a shelter ... we take our animals back at any point an adopter can no longer care for the animal.
