Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Intake Date: 22 Jan 2022 ----- Age at intake: 1.5 yr ----- Breed: Shiba/Shar Pei Mix ----- Size: 37.3 lbs ----- Status: surrender at open surrender ----- Compatible with: Other dogs, children. Have not cat tested yet ----- Suitable for: home with a securely fenced yard. ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: none noted. ----- Additional Notes: Shiba came in with 4 other dogs to our local surrender event. She was in a kennel with a dog catcher for the last several weeks outdoors in the elements 🙁 She is very sweet, and VERY happy to have a warm bed and her own food! She hops and skips around and life is just a lot of fun to her right now! It's amazing to see her come out of her shell and be so happy and grateful! She will be such a good best buddy! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. FBS standard adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is mandatory.
