My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I bought jaci from a pet store ten years ago that is now closed. She was microchipped and had her shots when I purchased her. I have had little to none health problems with her…. Except she likes to over eat and was put on a diet. Jaci came from a previous marriage where I was able to keep her with her sister Luna, Shih Tzu who passed away two years ago ☹️ (she was originally my ex husbands dog). My ex husband does not want her back.
The reason I’m looking to re home Jaci is because both my current husband and I work shift work that requires overtime. I had a child 3 years ago, and she has been very sweet to him but because my 3 year old wants to hold her all the time she recently started to snap at him. She has never bit him and usually snaps because he pulled her ear (which the 3 yo gets in trouble for).
She is getting older and really needs a home where someone can cuddle, love on her, and allow her to enjoy her retirement years on the couch.
