Jumbo Jax is a 6 year old male terrier mix who has had a hard life and was found on the streets in San Bernardino. He was taken to the shelter after being injured and left to die. At the vet he was found to have a broken right front leg and a broken left back hip. Because he needed $5000+ in surgery to repair the fractures and was labeled as a biter because he would snap from the pain he was scheduled for euthanasia. Once he was taken to our vet, he was placed on strong pain medication and has turned into a wonderful sweetheart now that he knows no one will hurt him. We are working hard to raise the funds for his surgery which is scheduled for March 2nd. Jumbo Jax is a wonderful and appreciative boy who deserves a chance to find his forever home.
