Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Elvis had a rough start to his young life. He was surrendered to a shelter with a broken rear leg and pelvis at just 7 weeks old. Our rescue saved him and had his leg surgically repaired. He was on crate rest for 2 months, which is no fun for a young, energetic puppy. He is now fully healed and loving his freedom.
Elvis is a chi mix, now 4 months old and full of puppy energy. He loves running around outside, playing with toys and his doggy friends. He is working on house training and goes outside right away. He sleeps in his crate at night without a peep. Elvis is used to the kitty in his foster home, but he plays too rough so cats may not appreciate him.
Elvis loves to snuggle once he gets all his energy out. He is an incredibly sweet boy. He is not yet neutered because of his age, so this will need to be done once he is 5 months old and approximately 9 lbs. He is current on vaccinations and microchipped.. Elvis will make a great friend to a family prepared for a puppy and all that it entails!
If interested in adopting Elvis please fill out an application at operationsaveashelterdog.org. Adoption fee is $350 unless you are a veteran, first responder, or senior then it is $300.
