My story

Winnie is a sweet young medium-sized (pit bull) terrier mix.

Winnie is a highly active girl who loves to play with her foster siblings—running around or with toys.

She is crate trained,  although she does not prefer it. Winnie is nearly house trained with only an occasional accident.

Her foster mom says, "When she arrived she was so shy and scared. She occasionally can still be hand shy but is not shy about her attention. She can keep up with all of our pups, including our 2 large dogs."

All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary.

Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies.

Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.

Visit www.pmarinc.org for more information, and to fill out an application.
