Meet Birch and Cedar - two adorable and playful brothers! They are a bonded pair and must have a home together. They were born from a feral mother and need some time to trust their new family. The best way to win them over is through play! Cedar enjoys being pet, the laser pointer, and strings. Birch loves the laser pointer and feather toys. Birch is more shy than his brother. They both come out of their shell when the toys come out. If you work from home on the computer, they love to investigate what you’re doing. Would be best for experienced cat owner as they take time to open up to new people. They do best when they approach you and not the other way around. However, they are sweet babies and a gorgeous pair.

More about this rescue
Branford Compassion Club (BCC) is a non-profit feline rescue organization that serves not only Branford, CT, but surrounding shoreline towns. The mission of the club is to provide for the feeding, shelter and care of homeless, abandoned and feral cats; to educate the public about the importance of spay/neuter population control, responsible pet ownership and kindness to animals; and to establish an ongoing community network to achieve these goals.
Branford Compassion Club was founded in November 1997, by a handful of compassionate Branford residents concerned with the growing population of feral cats. The residents united to form BCC to alleviate the hunger and suffering of feral cats in this community.
