Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jaxson is one of the lucky ones: brought up as one of several dogs in a loving home. However, five large dogs can be just one too many- and Jax was the youngest. Enter our Louisiana partner who responded to a FB offer of a "free dog"- and this gorgeous boy became part of NYSRR.
Jaxson grew up with older kids, a mom and a dad. He had a family who loved him, but sometimes the best intentions are not enough. His ideal "forever" home will be an active one- someone who will be able to give him the exercise and the attention which will allow him to thrive! Not inclined to be a couch potato or simply hang loose in the backyard, Jax is used to canine companionship. He would probably love a home with another dog; a family that will walk him every day; and someone who realizes that a dog one year old will need continued structure and training to become an incredible part of their family.
Are you ready?
