Loki found himself in the city shelter after he was surrendered by his family through no fault of his own. Loki is gradually adjusting to shelter life though initially it was very difficult for him to adjust. He is coming out of the introverted, frightened dog and blossoming into a happy, loving, affectionate boy and it is a joy to watch him develop confidence. Loki would love a home to call his own!!
