Arlo is adventurous, loves to cuddle, and play with all his toys. He can be a bit clingy at times, but who doesn't love a follower. He does great with dogs and cats! He needs a home where is family will let him be independent. He likes to be petted but not for long periods of time. Please be patient with this baby. Does NOT do well with children.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

A potentional adopter must complete an adoption application first.

2.
Interview

A Furry Friends Animal Aid representative will have a phone interview with the potentional adopter. We review the application.

3.
Home Check

We require homevisits. We make sure the home is fit for a cat. We want to make sure there is no danger to the cat.

4.
Meet the Pet

They can meet the pet once we have completed a home visit. This can happen during the home visit as well.

5.
Approve Application

The adopter must be approved to finalize the adoption.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Sign contract and pay adoption fee.

7.
Take the Pet Home

A Furry Friends Animal Aid representative can drop pet to your home, or new family can their forever fur baby up.

At Furry Friends Animal Aid, we rescue animals that require immediate attention from abandonment, cruelty, illness, or neglect. Our volunteers are prompt in response and experienced in animal care. We answer every call for rescue and do everything within our capability to save them and ultimately get them adopted into their responsible, forever homes. We started in Houston, TX, but our goal is to expand and reach every animal through our partners. We are a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization.
