Lavender was found as a stray by a good samaritian. She was pregant and ended up giving birth the 4 puppies in the finders care. Unfortuanlly they lived in an apartment and where not allow to have dogs so surrendered the mom and puppies to a rescue transport group in rural georgia. They travelled down to our rescue when the puppies where 5 weeks and have been living in a private foster home ever since. Lavender is now spayed and ready to find her furever home. This is what the foster had to say about her:

Lavender still has the puppy spirit. She likes to play and wrestle with others her size(cats have not been introduced). Will follow you around, just wanting to be close. She is create trained and house broke. Has been using the doggie door at her Foster's home. Lavender enjoys being free to wander the fenced in backyard. She will come to you to snuggle and curl up on your lap while you watch TV.
