My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sixteen month old male American Pit Bull Terrier.
He is black-dominant brindle. Very handsome dog. Extremely smart. Housebroken. Loves to snuggle. Answers to the name
of Luke. Knows how to sit, lay down, give paw, and stay. Needs a home preferably with no other male dogs and no small children.

I have 3 other dogs and offered to keep Luke temporarily for someone who was in the hospital and unable to care for him. That was 3 months ago, and Luke has gotten out of the puppy stage and has recently become aggressive toward my male Mastiff/Bulldog/Pit mix. He gets along great with my 2 female dogs, but neither of the male dogs are neutered, so testosterone levels are high, which doesn’t help matters. A fight recently broke out that was actually my fault because I put a dog bowl down that had a little beef broth in it, expecting 4 dogs to share it! What was I thinking!!

Anyway, Luke is an exceptional dog and will make a wonderful pet to someone who will love and care for him.
