My story

DOB 8/4/2021

Inky is the most amazing lovable boy. He has been waitng for his forever home for quite sometime. He loves to be on your shoulder and give kisses. He is sweet, friendly, playful and just an amazing boy. Being a 3 legged teen doesn't slow him down one bit. Inky is a purring machine! He is always looking to play and explore but will choose a snuggle first every day! He is an absolute love! He loves his people and has tons of love to share.

Inky came to us at 12 days old with a broken leg. He was bottle fed and was an absolute awesome kitten. We’ve watched him heal and saw him through a leg amputation, making him an incredible tripod! Losing a limb did not take away from his big energy and readiness to play! He will certainly need another cat in the home, alongside his special human, to keep up with his big energy and love for life.

Why adoption is a great option

Inky (tripod, lovable), a Los Alamitos Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Los Alamitos, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Los Alamitos.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Alamitos already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Alamitos breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Alamitos paves the way for another one to be saved.
