My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sabrina is 6 months old and weighs 26 lbs. We're guessing on the Basenji mix, but she does have wonderfully big ears! Sabrina gets along with everyone! Incredibly soft fur. Wonderful disposition. Here's an update from her foster mom. Sabrina is a sweet, pretty and loving puppy with a zest for life. She's a 'morning person' who LOVES to run in huge circles in my back yard at top speed. If I just stand out there, she'll circle me a dozen times or more or until she has to stop to catch her breath! She also LOVES playing with other dogs. I have dogs on both sides and across the back fence and she goes and checks on them regularly. She's privileged to have 'day care' at Camp BowWow twice a week and they tell me she runs with her pals the entire afternoon! I've also taken her to the Dog Park and she never fails to find new friends there as well. Sabrina is well disciplined in terms of bladder control (I think she's part camel!) She appears to 'spook' easily with strange or sudden noises or movements. Inside, she'll jump and run to another room. Outside, she barks (which is unusual because otherwise she doesn't bark). When I return after being away or when she first awakens in the morning, she's especially affectionate. She wants to be petted and loved on, but also gives kisses. This was slow in coming, but now I have 'arrived'. She's reticent initially with people she doesn't know, but once she gets used to them, she's great. That's typically true with anything new with her (toys, for example). Sabrina's a great companion.
