Deacon is a 52 pound, 1 year old beautiful brown lab mix with striking golden eyes and a brow that always seems to be knitted when he looks at someone. He is easy to please and is happy indoors and outdoors. He is very gentle and loves all people and all dogs, including his new 12-lb terrier foster buddy. Deacon is very interested in treats, so crate training has been a snap. He sleeps quietly in his crate for eight hours at night, even during his first night at his foster home; and he is also fine with crate time outs. After a fun day of play, he curls up into a tight ball and goes to sleep. He is a sweet boy that loves having his ears and belly rubbed. The video was taken soon after he was brought home from animal control, where they had both been for close to 2 months. Ah, freedom!
