PEACHES is 19 pounds of sweetness and love, a true cuddle bug whose favorite toys are cuddly, plushy, and soft. But she’d much rather cuddle and snuggle with humans. She’s a great leash walker who likes to keep her nose to the ground (like any good Beagle should). She shows little to no interest in cats but she does like dogs. In spite of being a senior (7 to 8 years old), Peaches is an energetic, spunky, and scrappy little girl—and if a dog isn’t pushy and all in her face, she loves to play. She likes her dog pals to have good manners and respect her. Peaches requires a special food because of urinary tract issues; this special food keeps her from getting kidney stones. And she doesn’t really like it when her humans leave; she’d rather go with you or have some company, maybe a well-mannered dog or cat. She was rescued from Metro Animal Control where a Good Samaritan saved her from roaming the streets. No senior dog should have to roam the scary streets.
