Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tigger! We rescued Tigger from a local park where he had been chained to a bench and left alone and afraid. He’s a tender hearted little boy, truly an awesome dog, is very affectionate with people, and is sweet and gentle as can be. We think he may be a mix of Treeing Tennessee Brindle dog and a Cur dog. He's energetic (but not too much so), likes being around other dogs, and is eager to play. He’s been introduced to cats and shows little to no interest in them. He's taken to leash walking with ease and he likes to stay right by your side when walking. And even though Tigger seems to like other dogs, he's MOST interested in people, cuddling up on a sofa next to you, and appreciates lots of petting, conversation, and belly rubs. He's a people dog for sure. Note: Tigger has hip dysplasia even though he's very young, and he takes anti-inflammatories daily to help his hips. Tigger should be able to lead a normal and healthy life but he needs a low-key lifestyle. Daily walks for exercise will greatly benefit him, but high-activity dog parks and excessive dog-play should not be part of his routine. He’s about a year old and weighs about 45 lbs. Can you ADOPT this bundle of sweetness? Because he really is just about the perfect dog!May 2, 2024, 1:55 pm
