Ruby and Sapphire here! We’re two sweet, adorable guinea pigs looking for our furever home. And because we can’t imagine being apart, we must be adopted TOGETHER! Our adoption fee is $30 for the both of us. So if you’re looking to add some little piggies to your life, please come see us at the shelter Tuesday-Saturday, 12-4!

Some information on guinea pigs:

Guinea pigs are cuddly, comical, and clever. They make wonderful pets for children and can be very social animals. The animals do better in pairs as they prefer company, so unless you have a lot of time to devote to your pet, getting at least two is often a good idea. Their life span is generally between 4 and 6 years. They are herbivores and live off hay, vegetables and fruits, supplemented with quality guinea pig pellets. Their teeth are constantly growing, and are kept short by biting and grinding abrasive materials, such as hay, grass and wooden nibblers.
