My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zippy was seen with her kittens at the local post office. She is so small, volunteers thought she WAS a kitten! The family was being fed, but we know there's more to caretaking than that. A plan was set to capture all of them and make sure they were spayed/neutered.

When Zippy was caught, it was discovered she was an adult, and one that has had babies! She was so scared she hid in her cage during the day, and tried to escape by night. Foster mom thought for sure she would be better placed back at her outdoor home where she would be monitored and cared for.

Suddenly, one day Zippy popped out of her cage to say hi, completely shocking foster mom. Zippy chirped, rubbed and purred her way right into the hearts of Stray HELP volunteers. She is super sweet, friendly and gets along well with cats. She is a little more discerning about the dogs in her life - smaller is better for her.

Zippy has lots of energy, she's inquisitive and lots of fun!

We estimate her birthday to be September 5, 2019.

Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm. They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.
